Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LiveChat, ClickMeeting, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and ClickMeeting integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and ClickMeeting (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and ClickMeeting

LiveChat + ClickMeeting + Google Calendar: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, create a new conference in ClickMeeting and schedule an event in Google Calendar for the meeting, automatically inviting the chat participant.

ClickMeeting + LiveChat + Slack: When a ClickMeeting ends, retrieve the chat transcript from LiveChat, extract unanswered questions. Then, send a summary of these questions to a designated Slack channel.
