Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and ClickSend
LiveChat + ClickSend + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript and associated data are sent to ClickSend as an SMS. When a new SMS arrives in ClickSend, the message content and sender information are added as a new row in Google Sheets.
ClickSend + LiveChat + HubSpot: When a new SMS is received in ClickSend, the contact's phone number is used to search for a matching contact in HubSpot. If a contact is found, the information from the SMS and LiveChat is added and the contact is updated, otherwise the contact is created.
