Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Docparser (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Docparser
LiveChat + Docparser + Slack: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, extract the key information from the chat transcript using Docparser. Then, send a summary of the parsed data to a designated Slack channel for review.
LiveChat + Docparser + Google Sheets: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, if a document URL is present, Docparser extracts data from that URL. The extracted data is then saved to a Google Sheet for reporting purposes.
