Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Facebook (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Facebook

LiveChat + Slack: When a LiveChat conversation ends, send a summary of the chat to a specified Slack channel for review and follow-up.

Facebook + Google Sheets + LiveChat: When a new lead is generated on Facebook, their information is saved to a Google Sheet. Then, initiate a new LiveChat session with the lead by finding their email or other details in the Google Sheet.
