Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Gender API
LiveChat + Gender API + CRM: When a new chat starts in LiveChat, the automation uses the customer's name or email to determine their gender via the Gender API. This gender information is then used to personalize the customer's entry within the CRM system (assuming a CRM action exists, which is not available in the provided actions; thus, this part is conceptual).
LiveChat + Gender API + Mailchimp: When a new chat starts in LiveChat, the automation uses the customer's name to determine their gender via the Gender API. This gender information is then used to segment the customer in Mailchimp by adding them to a tag based on their gender.
