Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LiveChat, Google slides, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Google slides integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Google slides (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Google slides

LiveChat + Google Docs + Google Slides: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, extract the chat transcript and append it to a Google Docs document for frequently asked questions. Then, create a Google Slides presentation from the updated document to generate training materials.

Google Slides + LiveChat + Slack: When a new presentation is created in Google Slides, send a message to a dedicated Slack channel with a link to the presentation to gather feedback from support agents.
