How to connect LiveChat and GoToWebinar
Create a New Scenario to Connect LiveChat and GoToWebinar
In the workspace, click the “Create New Scenario” button.

Add the First Step
Add the first node – a trigger that will initiate the scenario when it receives the required event. Triggers can be scheduled, called by a LiveChat, triggered by another scenario, or executed manually (for testing purposes). In most cases, LiveChat or GoToWebinar will be your first step. To do this, click "Choose an app," find LiveChat or GoToWebinar, and select the appropriate trigger to start the scenario.

Add the LiveChat Node
Select the LiveChat node from the app selection panel on the right.

Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring LiveChat, GoToWebinar, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and GoToWebinar integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and GoToWebinar (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and GoToWebinar
LiveChat + GoToWebinar + Calendly: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, check if the user attended a specific GoToWebinar. If they did, schedule a Calendly follow-up event with them.
GoToWebinar + LiveChat + Slack: When a new webinar is created in GoToWebinar, send a message to a dedicated Slack channel. Also, when a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, forward the chat transcript (if available via some method outside the available actions, since there is no 'get transcript' action) with the user info to the same Slack channel for sales follow-up.
