Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Microsoft Excel
LiveChat + Microsoft Excel + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the chat transcript details are added as a new row in a Microsoft Excel worksheet. A Slack message is then sent to a specified channel, notifying the team about the completed chat and its details.
Microsoft Excel + LiveChat + Google Sheets: When a new row is added to a Microsoft Excel table, customer data from that row is used to populate lead details in LiveChat. This information is then synced to a Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping and analysis.
