Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Microsoft Teams (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Microsoft Teams
LiveChat + Jira + Microsoft Teams: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, a Jira issue is created to track the urgent problem. The relevant team is then notified via a Microsoft Teams channel message.
Microsoft Teams + LiveChat + Google Calendar: When a new message is received in Microsoft Teams, trigger this flow. If it contains a request for a meeting related to an earlier LiveChat conversation, automatically create a Google Calendar event.
