Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Moxie integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Moxie (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Moxie

LiveChat + Moxie + Zendesk: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, and no resolution is found after searching Moxie clients or contacts, a new ticket is created in Zendesk to escalate the issue for further support.

LiveChat + Moxie + Slack: When a customer starts a chat on either LiveChat or Moxie (using LiveChat as the initial trigger since Moxie lacks a chat start trigger), send a notification to a designated Slack channel to alert support team members.
