Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LiveChat, Netlify, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Netlify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Netlify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Netlify

LiveChat + Netlify + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, this triggers a site update in Netlify. Upon successful deployment, a notification is sent to a Slack channel.

Netlify + Google Sheets + LiveChat: When a new Netlify deploy succeeds, the deploy details are added to a Google Sheet. A message is then sent via LiveChat to announce the update.
