Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring LiveChat, Pipefy, and any additional nodes, donβt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking βRun onceβ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Pipefy integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Pipefy (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Pipefy
LiveChat + Pipefy + Slack: When a new chat is received in LiveChat, a card is created in Pipefy to manage the request. Then, a message is sent to a dedicated Slack channel to notify the team about the new card.
Pipefy + LiveChat + Gmail: When a card is moved to a specific stage in Pipefy, an email is automatically sent via Gmail to the customer, using information pulled from LiveChat about the customer to personalize the message.
