Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Productboard (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Productboard

LiveChat + Productboard + Slack: When a new chat comes in through LiveChat, a feature request is created in Productboard. A notification about the new feature request is then sent to a designated Slack channel to inform the product team.

Productboard + Jira + LiveChat: When a new feature is created in Productboard, a corresponding issue is automatically created in Jira to track its development. Once the Jira issue is created, a message is sent via LiveChat to inform customers about the feature being planned.
