Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring LiveChat, Twist, and any additional nodes, donโ€™t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and Twist integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and Twist (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Twist

LiveChat + Jira + Twist: When a LiveChat conversation is deactivated, it triggers the creation of a new Jira issue. The Twist team channel is then notified about the new Jira ticket, ensuring urgent issues are addressed promptly.

Twist + Google Sheets + LiveChat: This flow archives Twist discussions related to customer feedback in Google Sheets. A daily summary of new feedback entries in Google Sheets is then sent via LiveChat to keep the team informed.
