Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and Typebot
LiveChat + Typebot + Slack: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, a Typebot survey is triggered to gather feedback. The survey results are then summarized and sent to a designated Slack channel for the team to review.
Typebot + LiveChat + Google Sheets: When a new Typebot is submitted, the responses are saved to a Google Sheet. Based on the responses recorded in Google Sheets, LiveChat agents can be alerted to offer tailored help via direct message.
