Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the LiveChat and VideoAsk integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between LiveChat and VideoAsk (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and VideoAsk
LiveChat + VideoAsk + Slack: When a LiveChat thread is tagged (e.g., for follow-up), a VideoAsk form is created to gather more information. The link to the VideoAsk is then sent to a designated Slack channel for the support team to address.
VideoAsk + LiveChat + Gmail: When a VideoAsk receives a new reply, the response content is checked. If the content matches a negative sentiment (not directly supported, needs external AI), a message is sent to LiveChat to alert an agent, and the manager is notified via Gmail.
