Most powerful ways to connect LiveChat and WhatsApp Business Cloud
LiveChat + WhatsApp Business Cloud + Google Sheets: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the transcript and key customer information are extracted and added as a new row to a Google Sheet for analysis. Simultaneously, a message is sent via WhatsApp Business Cloud confirming the chat's closure and providing a summary.
WhatsApp Business Cloud + LiveChat + HubSpot: When a new message is received via WhatsApp Business Cloud or a new chat starts in LiveChat, the automation checks if the contact exists in HubSpot.
