Depending on your setup, data should flow between Loyverse and DonationAlerts (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Loyverse and DonationAlerts
DonationAlerts + Telegram: When a new donation alert is received in DonationAlerts, a message is sent to a specified Telegram channel.
DonationAlerts + Loyverse + Google Sheets: When a new donation is received in DonationAlerts, the donation details are logged in a Google Sheet. The flow does not access sales data from Loyverse because there is no trigger for that. Only donation information is saved.
