Most powerful ways to connect Loyverse and Zendesk
Loyverse + Zendesk + Slack: When a new or updated customer is registered in Loyverse, the system checks for any negative feedback. If negative feedback exists (simulated by checking customer notes), a Zendesk ticket is created and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Zendesk + Loyverse + Google Sheets: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, this automation checks if the ticket is resolved. If it is, it retrieves customer information from Loyverse and logs the resolution along with Loyverse store details into a Google Sheet for tracking purposes.
