Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Mailgun and OCR Space integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailgun and OCR Space (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Mailgun and OCR Space

Mailgun + OCR Space + Google Sheets: When a new email is received in Mailgun, the attached invoice image is extracted and processed by OCR Space to convert it into text. The extracted text is then added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for record-keeping.

OCR Space + Mailgun + Slack: When OCR Space processes a document and detects a critical error based on identified keywords or patterns in the converted text, an email is sent via Mailgun alerting the admin, and a notification is sent to a designated Slack channel.
