Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Mailhook, Docusign, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Mailhook and Docusign integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailhook and Docusign (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Mailhook and Docusign

Mailhook + Docusign + Slack: Upon receiving an email with Mailhook, the attached document is sent for signature via Docusign. Once the envelope status is updated to completed, a notification is sent to a Slack channel.

Docusign + Mailhook + Google Sheets: When a Docusign envelope status is updated (e.g., signed), an email confirmation is sent via Mailhook. The document details and status are then recorded in a Google Sheets spreadsheet.
