Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Mailjet, OCR Space, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Mailjet and OCR Space integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailjet and OCR Space (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Mailjet and OCR Space
Mailjet + OCR Space + Google Sheets: When a new email arrives in Mailjet with an attached document, OCR Space extracts the text from the document. The extracted text is then added as a new row in a specified Google Sheets spreadsheet for data analysis and record-keeping.
OCR Space + Mailjet + Slack: When OCR Space detects specified urgent information in a scanned document, Mailjet sends an alert email containing the extracted text. Simultaneously, Slack posts a notification to a designated channel, ensuring immediate visibility of the urgent information.
