Depending on your setup, data should flow between Mailmodo and Userback (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Mailmodo and Userback
Userback + Mailmodo + Slack: When new feedback is created in Userback, a notification is sent to a Slack channel via a public message. Mailmodo is not used in this flow as there are no actions relating to Userback events in the API.
Userback + Google Sheets + Mailmodo: When new feedback is created in Userback, the feedback details are added as a new row in a Google Sheet. Subsequently, a follow-up email is sent to the user who submitted the feedback, using Mailmodo.
