Most powerful ways to connect ManyChat and Zoho Cliq
ManyChat + Zoho Cliq + Google Sheets: When a new or updated custom field is registered in ManyChat (indicating a survey response), a message is sent to a Zoho Cliq channel, and the data is logged in a Google Sheet for record-keeping and analysis.
Zoho Cliq + ManyChat + Twilio: When a notification is sent in Zoho Cliq (e.g., regarding an unsubmitted survey), the system finds users in ManyChat who have not yet responded. An SMS reminder is then sent via Twilio to these users, encouraging them to complete the survey.
