Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Memberstack, Scoro, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Memberstack and Scoro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Memberstack and Scoro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Memberstack and Scoro
Memberstack + Scoro + Slack: When a new member joins Memberstack, a corresponding contact is created in Scoro. Subsequently, a personalized welcome message is sent to the new member via Slack.
Scoro + Memberstack + Google Sheets: This workflow tracks project time in Scoro against Memberstack member tiers. When a new time entry is created or updated in Scoro, the automation finds the corresponding Memberstack member and records the time entry details along with the member's tier in a Google Sheet.
