Microsoft Excel + PDFMonkey + Email: This automation monitors a Microsoft Excel table for new rows representing invoice data. When a new row is added, PDFMonkey generates a PDF invoice based on the data. Finally, the system sends the generated PDF invoice to the customer's email address via SMTP.
PDFMonkey + Microsoft Excel + Slack: When a document is generated in PDFMonkey, its details (like document ID and any associated metadata) are added as a new row to a specified Microsoft Excel table. Subsequently, a notification message is sent to a designated Slack channel, informing the team about the newly archived document and providing a link or relevant details.
