Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Excel and Shippo (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Excel and Shippo
Shippo + Microsoft Excel + Google Sheets: When a new order is created in Shippo, the shipping cost is recorded in a Microsoft Excel table row. Then, the data from Excel is read and added as a new row in Google Sheets for reporting purposes.
Microsoft Excel + Shippo + Slack: When a new row is added to a Microsoft Excel table (containing order information), the corresponding Shippo order is found. If there are any issues (e.g., delivery delays based on order status from Shippo), a notification is sent to a Slack channel for customer support to address.
