Zendesk + Microsoft Excel + Slack: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, specifically when it's resolved, a new row is added to a Microsoft Excel table with the ticket details. A message is then sent to a specified Slack channel notifying the support team about the resolution.
Zendesk + Microsoft Excel + Microsoft Teams: When a Zendesk ticket is updated, the number of open tickets are listed in a Microsoft Excel worksheet, and if the count reaches a specified threshold, a message is sent to a Microsoft Teams channel to alert the team.
