Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft OneDrive and Omnisend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneDrive and Omnisend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft OneDrive and Omnisend
Omnisend + Google Sheets + OneDrive: When a custom event is triggered in Omnisend (e.g., campaign report generated), the workflow retrieves the report data and adds it as a new row in a specified Google Sheet for tracking. Then the Google Sheet is saved to OneDrive for archival purposes.
Omnisend + OneDrive + Slack: When a file is added to OneDrive, the workflow checks if the file name matches a specific Omnisend campaign report naming convention. If it matches, the workflow posts a message to a designated Slack channel, notifying the marketing team about the new report and providing a link to access the file in OneDrive.
