Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft OneNote and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneNote and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft OneNote and AITable

Microsoft OneNote + AITable + Microsoft Teams: When a new note is created in a specific section of OneNote, the content is extracted and a new record is created in AITable. A summary of the note and a link to the AITable record are then sent as a message to a Microsoft Teams channel.

AITable + Microsoft OneNote + Slack: When a new record is created in AITable, a new OneNote page is created in a specified section with information extracted from the AITable record. A message is then sent to a Slack channel with a link to the newly created OneNote page.
