Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneNote and GoCanvas (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft OneNote and GoCanvas
GoCanvas + Microsoft OneNote + Microsoft Teams: When a new field inspection submission is received in GoCanvas, a summary of the data is appended to a specific note in OneNote, and a notification is sent to a Microsoft Teams channel to alert the team.
Microsoft OneNote + GoCanvas + Microsoft Outlook: When a new note is created in a specific OneNote section, the content is parsed for action items. These action items are then created as dispatches in GoCanvas and an email with the action items is sent via Outlook.
