Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft OneNote and GoToWebinar integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft OneNote and GoToWebinar (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
GoToWebinar + OneNote + Microsoft Teams: When a new GoToWebinar ends, the details, including a link to the webinar recording, are added to a pre-existing OneNote page. A message is then sent to a designated Microsoft Teams channel to inform attendees that the webinar notes are available.
GoToWebinar + OneNote + Google Calendar: When a new GoToWebinar is created, a OneNote page is automatically created with the webinar details. A Google Calendar event is then created and populated with the same webinar information, and the OneNote page is linked within the Google Calendar event.
