Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking โ€œRun onceโ€ and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft Power BI and AITable integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Power BI and AITable (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Power BI and AITable

Microsoft Power BI + AITable + Microsoft Teams: When a new record is created in AITable, Power BI retrieves the relevant report, and a summary of that report is sent as a channel message in Microsoft Teams.

AITable + Microsoft Power BI + Slack: When AITable data is updated, Power BI retrieves the relevant report. Then Slack sends a message to a public channel to notify the team about report updates.
