Microsoft Excel + Microsoft Power BI + Microsoft Outlook: On a scheduled basis (e.g., using a time-based trigger outside the scope of these apps), the workflow retrieves data from an Excel sheet, uses it to update a Power BI dashboard, and then sends a snapshot or summary of the dashboard via email to specified stakeholders.
