Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft SQL Server and Formstack integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft SQL Server and Formstack (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft SQL Server and Formstack

Formstack + Microsoft SQL Server + Slack: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, the data is used to update or insert a customer record in Microsoft SQL Server. A satisfaction score is then extracted (via query) and posted to a designated Slack channel.

Formstack + Microsoft SQL Server + Microsoft Teams: When a new form submission is received in Formstack, the submission data is stored as a new row in a Microsoft SQL Server database. If specific criteria are met (determined by the submission data), a message is sent to a designated Microsoft Teams channel to notify the team about the urgent request.
