Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft SQL Server and Freshdesk
Microsoft SQL Server + Freshdesk + Slack: When a new or updated row matching a specific error condition is detected in Microsoft SQL Server, a new urgent ticket is created in Freshdesk. Slack then sends a message to a specified channel notifying the team about the new urgent ticket.
Freshdesk + Microsoft SQL Server + Google Sheets: When a new ticket is created in Freshdesk, the automation retrieves related customer information from Microsoft SQL Server using a query. Then, the ticket data and customer information are added as a new row to a Google Sheet for reporting.
