Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft SQL Server and PDFMonkey integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft SQL Server and PDFMonkey (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft SQL Server and PDFMonkey
Microsoft SQL Server + PDFMonkey + Slack: When a new or updated row appears in Microsoft SQL Server, a document is generated in PDFMonkey based on the row data. Then, a message is sent to a Slack channel notifying the team about the new invoice.
Microsoft SQL Server + PDFMonkey + Airtable: When a new or updated row is added to Microsoft SQL Server, a PDF document is generated using PDFMonkey. Details of the generated document, along with relevant metadata from the SQL row, are then stored in Airtable.
