Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Microsoft Teams and FireText integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Microsoft Teams and FireText (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Microsoft Teams and FireText
Microsoft Teams + FireText + Google Sheets: When a new message is sent in Microsoft Teams, the content and sender information are captured. This data is then forwarded via FireText as an SMS message to a designated recipient. Finally, the details of the SMS message, including the sender, recipient, and content, are logged in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking team communication.
FireText + HubSpot + Microsoft Teams: When a new SMS message is received via FireText, a contact is created or updated in HubSpot with the sender's information. A notification is then sent via Microsoft Teams to the sales team, alerting them of the new SMS lead and providing the contact details from HubSpot.
