Depending on your setup, data should flow between Miro and LiveChat (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Miro and LiveChat
LiveChat + Miro + Jira: When a chat is deactivated in LiveChat, the automation checks if a Miro board was shared during the session. If so, a Jira ticket is created, including a link to the Miro board and the chat transcript for context.
LiveChat + Miro + Slack: When a LiveChat conversation ends, this automation sends the relevant Miro board to the agent in a Slack direct message for easy reference. This also allows the agent to quickly share visual information.
