Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Missive, Cloze, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Missive and Cloze integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Missive and Cloze (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Missive and Cloze
Missive + Cloze + Google Sheets: When a new contact is created in Missive, the automation updates or creates the corresponding person in Cloze. The details of this interaction, including the contact's information and the time of update, are then added as a new row in a Google Sheets spreadsheet for tracking and reporting purposes.
Cloze + Missive + Slack: When a deal stage changes in Cloze, the automation finds the relevant user in Missive and uses their information to send a customized alert in Slack. This alert includes details about the deal stage change and relevant contact information from Missive to provide context.
