Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Monday, Basecamp, and any additional nodes, donโt forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking โRun onceโ and triggering an event to check if the Monday and Basecamp integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Monday and Basecamp (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Monday and Basecamp
Monday + Basecamp + Slack: When a new item is created in Monday, indicating a project completion, a summary is posted to Basecamp as a new message and a celebratory message is sent to a designated Slack channel.
Basecamp + Monday + Google Calendar: When a new event is added in Basecamp, representing a project deadline, it will create a new item in Monday, linking to the Basecamp event. Subsequently, the Basecamp event will be synced to Google Calendar as a new event to ensure all deadlines are visible.
