Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Monday, Clockify, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Monday and Clockify integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Monday and Clockify (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Monday and Clockify

Monday + Clockify + Slack: When a specific column (e.g., 'Time Tracked') is updated in Monday, fetch the time tracked from Clockify for that task. If the time tracked exceeds a predefined budget (e.g., set in another Monday column), send a notification to the project manager in Slack.

Clockify + Monday + Google Sheets: When a new time entry is added in Clockify, find the corresponding task in Monday. Then, automatically add a new row in Google Sheets with details like task name, time spent, user, and date. This enables automated reporting on time spent on Monday tasks.
