Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Monday, CryptoPro, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Monday and CryptoPro integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Monday and CryptoPro (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Monday and CryptoPro
CryptoPro + Google Drive + Monday: When a file is signed in CryptoPro, it's automatically uploaded to a specified folder in Google Drive. A link to the file is then added as an update to the corresponding project item in Monday.
CryptoPro + Monday + Slack: When a file is uploaded to CryptoPro, the automation checks Monday for the related project. A notification is then sent to the relevant Slack channel to alert the project team that a document is ready for digital signing.
