Most powerful ways to connect Monday and LiveChat
LiveChat + Monday + Slack: When a LiveChat transcript is available (Chat Deactivated), a new task is created in Monday for follow-up. A notification is then sent to a designated Slack channel to alert the relevant team about the new task.
LiveChat + Monday + Gmail: A daily summary of LiveChat conversations (using the Chat Deactivated trigger and potentially filtering by tags or other metadata) is appended to the project's Monday board as an update. A daily email report summarizing these conversations is also sent via Gmail.
