Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring MongoDB, Delighted, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the MongoDB and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between MongoDB and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect MongoDB and Delighted

Delighted + MongoDB + Slack: When a new negative response is received in Delighted, the automation retrieves the user's profile from MongoDB. Based on this profile, a Slack message is sent to a designated channel alerting the team about the negative feedback and providing user details.

Delighted + MongoDB + Jira: Upon receiving a new negative response in Delighted, the automation fetches the user's profile from MongoDB. A Jira ticket is then created, incorporating the feedback and the user's MongoDB profile information, enabling the support team to address the issue promptly.
