Depending on your setup, data should flow between MongoDB and Zoho CRM (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect MongoDB and Zoho CRM
MongoDB + Zoho CRM + Slack: When a new lead is added or updated in Zoho CRM, its details are checked in MongoDB. If the lead doesn't exist in MongoDB, it's inserted. Afterwards, a message is sent to a designated Slack channel to notify the sales team about the new/updated lead.
Zoho CRM + MongoDB + Google Sheets: When a deal is updated in Zoho CRM, specifically when it is closed, the deal details are archived in MongoDB. Simultaneously, key data from the closed deal is extracted and added as a new row in a Google Sheets report for summarizing sales performance.
