Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Monster API and Omnisend integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Monster API and Omnisend (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Monster API and Omnisend
Monster API + Google Sheets + Omnisend: Monitors Monster API for errors. When an error occurs (simulated using Fetch Result and checking for a specific error code), the error details are added to a Google Sheet. Omnisend then sends a notification email campaign to the marketing team based on this event.
Monster API + Slack: When Monster API reports an outage (simulated with Fetch Result and checking for an error), the automation sends a message to a designated Slack channel, alerting the development team to the issue. The Fetch Result allows to simulate API errors to trigger the flow.
