Save and Activate the Scenario
After configuring Motion, Lark, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.
Test the Scenario
Run the scenario by clicking “Run once” and triggering an event to check if the Motion and Lark integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Motion and Lark (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.
Most powerful ways to connect Motion and Lark
Motion + Google Calendar + Lark: When a new task is created in Motion, a corresponding event is created in Google Calendar. Lark then sends a message to a group chat to notify members about the scheduled event.
Lark + Motion + Jira: When a new message is received in a Lark group chat, a task is created in Motion. The Motion task is then linked to an existing issue in Jira by adding a comment to it.
