Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Moxie, Chatwork, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Moxie and Chatwork integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Chatwork (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Chatwork

Moxie + Chatwork + Google Sheets: When a new form submission is created in Moxie, a message is sent to a specified Chatwork room, and the submission details are then added as a new row in a Google Sheet for record-keeping and reporting purposes.

Chatwork + Moxie + Jira: When a new message is received in a specified Chatwork room, the content is used to search for existing contacts in Moxie. If no contact is found, one is created. Then, a new issue is created in Jira based on the Chatwork message.
