Save and Activate the Scenario

After configuring Moxie, Delighted, and any additional nodes, don’t forget to save the scenario and click "Deploy." Activating the scenario ensures it will run automatically whenever the trigger node receives input or a condition is met. By default, all newly created scenarios are deactivated.

Test the Scenario

Run the scenario by clicking β€œRun once” and triggering an event to check if the Moxie and Delighted integration works as expected. Depending on your setup, data should flow between Moxie and Delighted (or vice versa). Easily troubleshoot the scenario by reviewing the execution history to identify and fix any issues.

Most powerful ways to connect Moxie and Delighted

Moxie + Delighted + Slack: When a customer interaction is marked as resolved in Moxie, it triggers a Delighted survey to be sent. The link to this survey is then posted to a dedicated Slack channel for tracking and follow-up.

Delighted + Moxie + Zendesk: If a Delighted survey receives a new negative response, the automation searches Moxie for the last agent who interacted with the customer. A high-priority ticket is then created in Zendesk and assigned to that agent.
